  This is not the place to get coffee. I used to come here for years but I recently stopped visiting here. Within the past few months they've had a fluctuation of new employees who are not trained well on how to make coffee. I tried giving them several chances assuming they'd eventually get the hang of it but I always end up needing my coffee re-made or giving up and asking for a refund. You can order the same coffee on five different days and it will be made differently *every* *time*. This may be a management issue because either these new employees were not trained well or they are not being supervised to ensure quality remains up to par even after training. Customer service has always been okay here so it's disappointing that as a customer you are not guaranteed a good tasting coffee without the hassle.

  I went into this location today to get my daughter some ice cream for her good behavior at school. The young man by the name of Mike was touching his face with his gloves on. I went to ask them to remake it and he got mad and very rude with. I asked for his manager and he started to question me on why I want his manager. I got so upset and just left

  The food is what you expect. The coffee is really good. The donuts are not the best, but big chains are rarely the top quality. I enjoy being able to sit down in a comfy chair and enjoy my hot chocolate or coffee. My only big complaint is that during the times you really want to just pop in and pick up something quick, you can't do it. I cannot tell you how many times I have stopped to pick up something on my way to work but it was a 20 minute wait. It's a good sign for their cash flow they have lines like that but bad when you are in a hurry. However if you have the time, I do recommend a stop.
