  Never Again!! Ordered catfish family dinner and 7 tenders. Got 8 piece chicken dinner. My fault for not checking. I should have known the lady taking my order was mad at the world and not the least bit concerned for the order. She was ripping the receipts off and even throwing things. Never Ever Again!!!

  As much as I love Chicken Express, they are about to lose my business. Tonight took the cake, all I order four days a week is two drinks to go. Why is it we can't figure out how to expedite? Any other restaurant that has an order that will take more than reasonable drive-thru time asks the customer to park. Then they bring out the food. To make people with drink orders wait 16 minutes while you fry chicken to order is bad business. I am beyond livid. I would have called the complaint number, but the guy at the window wouldn't close the window so I could get the rest of the digits. Leaving the window open while you walk away is also a poor business practice, but that's another story. I am beyond livid at this point.
